Volleyball is the first sport with match statistics. Football, basketball and tennis are being studied and cannot be scored yet.

Does it work for my club’s sport?

Yes. Enrollments, payments, receivables, attendance, accounting and uniforms work the same in football, basketball, tennis, volleyball, swimming, skating or any other sport. Match statistics and the progress record are volleyball only for now; football, basketball and tennis are being studied and have no date yet.

Do I need to be good with technology?

No. myclubia opens in the browser on a phone or computer, with nothing to install; if you like, you install it as an app from the same browser. Families get in with the club’s link.

Can I bring my Excel?

Yes. We tell you which columns it needs, you review the athletes in parts and only what you approve goes in.

Do payments go through myclubia?

No. Families pay as always and the money goes straight to the club. If they transfer, they upload the receipt and you validate it; if they pay cash, you record the payment.

Do families have to pay anything?

No. The club pays for myclubia by its active athletes; families and coaches use it at no cost.

What about minors’ data?

Each club publishes its data policy and the family authorizes it when enrolling. Documents and health insurance details are seen only by club staff.

Do I need an analyst for the statistics?

No. The assistant coach scores it from a phone, two taps per play; without an assistant, the coach does. If there was no time, it can be recorded after the match.

Do the statistics compare kids with each other?

No. Each athlete is compared only with their own progress: no rankings or leaderboards, and families see only their own athlete.

Is it available in English?

Yes. myclubia is in Spanish and English and follows the phone’s language.

How do I get started?
