The club
Categories, packages and balances, the way a volleyball club runs them
You set up your categories the way your club names them, from the youngest to adults or by year, and the session packages with their price. Families enroll and pay from the club’s link.
Session packages
For example 8, 12, 16 or 20 sessions a month. Each attendance uses one and the coach sees how many are left.
Up to date or overdue
You validate the receipt and the athlete is up to date. Whoever did not pay on time is overdue, with the surcharge you set.
The money goes to the club
Payments do not go through myclubia. The family transfers and uploads the receipt, or pays cash and you record it.
All through WhatsApp
The club’s link to enroll and the payment reminder ready to send, only in the hours the law allows.
And everything else
Scholarships and discounts, uniforms, trial classes, accounting, importing from Excel and phone notifications.

Match statistics
Two ways to score a match
You pick the mode when you set up the match, and it stays until the end so the report does not mix. Both keep the score, the serve and the rotation; what changes is how much detail you record.
Quick mode
For the coach alone on the bench
When the referee whistles, you tap how the rally ended: 4 ways to win the point and 6 to lose it. If you have time, you say who it was; if not, “Don’t know who” and the point still counts.
Full mode
For the assistant with their phone
You tap the player and how each serve, reception, attack and block went: point, in play or error. So you know not only how the point was lost, but how the team received all match long.

So whoever scores keeps watching the match, not the phone.
Score and serve
Each point goes to the team that won it and the serve moves by itself.
The rotation
You say once per set where the setter is, yours and, if you like, the opponent’s, and the rotation moves by itself with each side-out.
The match format
Best of 3 or 5, mini volleyball (best of 3, all to 15) or another format with your tournament’s sets and points.
Undo always in sight
No confirmations to slow you down. For something earlier, when it ends you fix the plays, the score, the serve or the rotation.
No signal on the court
What you score saves on the phone and uploads when the signal comes back.
If there was no time
The match can be recorded after it is played.
When it ends
The match, summed up in one sentence
The app builds the summary by itself, without spreadsheets or an analyst.
- How many points we gave away with errors, and where: serving, receiving or attacking.

The family
Every match as a scoreboard, and their athlete month by month
If the club turns it on, the family opens the match and sees the team’s result, the sets and only their athlete’s numbers. Each month has its progress record, compared only with their own progress: no rankings, no teammates.
Families pay nothing to use myclubia.
Pricing
What it costs a volleyball club
You pay for each athlete who trained or paid in the month, and the price per athlete goes down in tiers as the club grows. If nobody comes or pays in a month, that month’s fee is $0. Prices in Colombian pesos.
No monthly fee for the first two months: neither the month you start nor the next one. We limit nothing and do not ask for a payment method.

Each tier at its own price: with 80 athletes, the first 50 at $1,800 and the other 30 at $1,650, $139,500 a month. At least 20 athletes are charged. Colombian pesos.

What volleyball clubs ask us
Questions about payments, minors’ data and getting started are on the home page.
What is the difference between Quick and Full mode?
Quick records only how each point ended, with 10 options, and works for the coach alone on the bench. Full records every serve, reception, attack and block, and is meant for an assistant. You pick it when you set up each match and it does not change mid-match.
What if I do not see who made the play?
Tap “Don’t know who” or wait for it to close by itself: the point already counted. You can complete it later.
Does it work for mini volleyball matches?
Yes. There is a mini volleyball format, best of 3 with all sets to 15, and “Another format” for the sets and points your tournament uses.
Does the app know who is serving and which rotation we are in?
Yes. The score, who serves and the rotation move by themselves. You only say once per set where the setter is, and if something does not match the court, you fix it.
Does it measure passing, digging or setting?
No. Today it records serve, reception, attack and block.
How much do statistics cost if I have several categories?
COP 45,000 per month per club, however many athletes it has, on top of the monthly fee. It can be paused, and while paused it is not charged.
Can I use myclubia without statistics?
Yes. Payments, balances, enrollment and attendance work without it; statistics are an add-on the club turns on whenever it wants.
