Jhon Castro
Owner of Club Voley Master, in Bogotá. He brought the problem: his club’s receivables, which he checked almost every day. His club is the first on myclubia.
myclubia is software from Colombia for sports clubs and schools. It was born in Bogotá, in September 2026, with a volleyball club that kept its receivables by hand.
Jhon Castro, owner of Club Voley Master, took enrollments through one Google form and payments through another. To know who was up to date he cross-checked the two sheets by hand, name by name, and marked in red whoever had not paid.
“Yes, almost every day I check the people who have already paid or not, in the Excel sheet I mark in red the ones who have not paid.”Jhon Castro, Club Voley Master (volleyball, Bogotá), translated from Spanish
myclubia does that cross-check: the payment is born tied to the athlete, the club validates the receipt and the receivables are up to date or overdue.

Designs and builds the platform.
From there it serves clubs of any sport, in Spanish and English.
Payments do not go through myclubia: there is no payment gateway, families pay as always and the money goes straight to the club.
The club pays for the athletes who trained or paid in the month; families and coaches use it at no cost.
In the statistics, each athlete is compared only with their own progress: there are no rankings or leaderboards.
